Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Have a nice box. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or launch weeks), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Usually takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs delays, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Have a nice box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the package.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure your items or gift sets are replaced as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the damage when reaching out.
