Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Have a nice box! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwritten in (for planners and journals), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
Items showing any signs of use (e.g., opened lifestyle accessories, inked pens, or bent planner pages).
Customized or personalized orders.
Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at Haveanice.box1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
